Imbera offers IMB technology feasibility study and prototyping services to demonstrate the advantages and features of component embedding with a view to improving existing product or providing new product features. Thus, Imbera will evaluate the suitability of IMB technology for your idea of product improvement.

We operate our own pre-volume production line in Espoo, Finland, for small volume production and prototyping. The line handles component embedding in PCB core layer, while the PCB manufacturing itself is outsourced.

Imbera can provide evaluation batches within a short time frame to enable you to verify the benefits, capabilities and reliability of IMB technology in your product. Depending on the product, better electrical and thermal properties, size reduction of up to 40% and other similar benefits can typically be achieved.

Our design team is available for you and gets the best out of IMB technology's features while understanding your volume manufacturing requirements.

4. Upon feasibility acceptance, prototyping begins and Imbera prepares a detailed project schedule including Imbera's and customer's responsibilities
